Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Golden Corral is structured so that decisions can be made at the closest level to our guests. Operations are divided into East and West regions. Raleigh being the hub for the East and Hurst, Texas for Company Operations in the West and Greenwood Village, Colorado for Franchise Operations in the West.
Our company-operated restaurants are led by a Senior Vice President of Company Operations, Vice President of Human Resources and Training and a Director of Company Relations. Each region is comprised of a Vice President of Company Operations, Director of Staffing, Director of Training, Regional Administrator, District Managers and General Managers.
Our franchised restaurants are supported by a Senior Vice President of Marketing and Franchise Operations. Each region is comprised of a Vice President of Franchise Operations, Director of Training, Franchise Director of Marketing and Franchise Service Consultants.
At the Company Support Center in Raleigh, NC, the functions that report to the President and CEO are Company Operations, Franchising, Finance and Development, Marketing, Legal and Controller. The GC Center for Training and Development provides extensive training to prepare both company and franchise restaurant management candidates to succeed in the Golden Corral system, in addition to offering continuing management training courses for Associate and General Managers, District Managers, Trainers and Franchise Service Consultants. The GC Center and members of the Training department are located at 5171 Glenwood Avenue in the Beta II building in Raleigh, NC.
