Judie Byrd created Super Suppers to meet the demanding needs of busy parents who want to create quality family time around the dinner table - but don't have the extra time and energy to pull it off. These moms tell her constantly their families ask the daily question, "Mom, what's for dinner?" Now there is a healthful, delicious, easy and fun answer!

Judie founded The Culinary School of Fort Worth, which offers an after-work culinary program where people can earn a chef certificate while keeping their regular jobs. She and her team write, test and implement the monthly recipes for Super Suppers.

A member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, Judie has shared her recipes and cooking ideas in various magazines including Family Circle, Reader's Digest, Women's Day and Shine. She is a frequent guest on local and national TV and radio. She is food editor of Fort Worth Magazine and spokesperson for Honeysuckle White Turkey. Judie has studied cooking at the CIA in Hyde Park, NY, Le Cordon Bleu School of Cookery in London as well as in the Orient, France, Belgium and Italy. She studied entertaining and catering at the home and studios of Martha Stewart in Westport, CT

Judie lives with Bill, her husband of 40 years, in Fort Worth, TX. They have 3 married children and 5 grandchildren - all of whom eat Sunday dinner at their home each week.
